The Federal Road Agency of Russia, Rosavtodor, faced the imperative task of steering towards sustainable economic growth and an improved quality of life. In pursuit of this goal, the agency has engaged PEMANDU to organize a Strategic Workshop. This wa sessential to streamline the agency’s efforts, define clear objectives, and establish strategic priorities that will propel them toward achieving sustainable economic growth and enhancing the overall quality of life.

- Rosavtodor embarked on the BFR Process as a “bottom up” approach, whereby the goals of the Government of Russia as a whole had not been articulated in the concise terms required
- Client underwent the strategic workshop to pinpoint their True North
- A seminar was organised for PEMANDU to share the Malaysian experience and tools adopted in implementing the 8-Step Methodology since 2009
