AIDA
As a global transformation expert, Aida has demonstrated senior experience in business process and digital transformation, strategic planning, costing/profitability optimization strategy, shared services/outsourcing and project management, covering both public and private sectors as well as the international development and multilateral agencies including the United Nations. She is also a Subject Matter Expert in driving financial performance and capital productivity, and a programme management expert in the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) adoption.
Aida has led many transformation initiatives locally and abroad, across various industries including; healthcare, education, public finance, utilities, automotive, plantation/commodities and postal – all of which has resulted in successful implementation and impact. The in-depth implementation experience had subsequently expanded her role as a global advisor to various ministries and multilateral agencies across the region; such as the United Nations Development Programme Global Shared Services Center, United Nations Volunteers (Europe), United Nations Economic Commission for Africa as well as the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Finance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Her most recent involvement includes supporting the Government of Rwanda on their social security transformation agenda and post-Covid economic reform efforts to attain high-income nation status by 2050.
Aida is an accomplished finance transformation professional with global experience.
She is an international development expert with extensive experience advising public sector clients in the Middle East and Africa on transformation and performance improvement.
