Problem Statement

In June 2022, PEMANDU Associates (PASB) was appointed by Ekuinas as a Delivery Partner to assist in implementing a Bumiputera entrepreneurship programme, ILTIZAM Catalyst 2023. The supports that PASB provides to Ekuinas are the implementation and communication support for 35 weeks. PASB assist with programme planning and realignment, promotion, applicant selection and interview, mini lab, and monitoring and reporting support

Phase 1: Planning & Strategising June

Phase 1 will focus to develop detailed implementation plan and marketing campaign strategy of ILTIZAM Catalyst 2023

Phase 2: Marketing Campaign
July-August

Phase 2 will focus to execute the campaign strategy devised in Phase 1

Execute, coordinate and lead the marketing campaign for ILTIZAM Catalyst 2023 to achieve 180 high quality applications

Phase 3: Project Management Office (PMO) July-November

Phase 3 will focus to execute implementation plan devised in Phase 1

Manage and coordinate the appointment of technical consultants
Manage and coordinate the application and selection processes for ILTIZAM Catalyst 2023 participants
Finalise assistance delivery between the TCs and participants during Syndication Lab
Conduct knowledge transfer to Ekuinas for monitoring & reporting

Phase 4: Monitoring & Reporting December - February

Phase 4 will focus to assist Ekuinas for Monitoring & Reporting

Activity Summary

Monitor the progress of assistance delivery and KPIs by using the dashboard
Facilitate discussion between the TCs, participants, and Ekuinas to resolve issues (if any)

Key Outcomes

RM1.03 million worth of assistance for ILTIZAM Catalyst 2023 which is a 34% increase from 2022 (RM687K)

18 SMEs around Malaysia are selected for the Year 2 programme

11 companies are eligible to receive website set-up and improvement

9 companies are eligible to receive accounting software
