Within PEMANDU Associates, he helms both government and private business development activities in the Middle East, Central Asia, Africa and Malaysia.
As Joint Managing Director and Partner at PEMANDU Associates, Larvin has extensive experience working with both public and private sector clients in implementation and process management. He has successfully taken the lead in managing national-level transformation projects like Malaysia, Oman and Djibouti. Larvin’s involvement in various national-level transformation programs has helped nations to unlock the potential of eight crucial sectors – manufacturing, logistics, financial services, human capital development, tourism, fisheries, mining and energy.
He is currently responsible for all business transformation projects in the private sector, both locally and internationally.
Larvin specialises in professional project management, with a special focus on energy development.
