Since leaving PEMANDU Associates, Woody has served in senior leadership roles within NEOM, Saudi Arabia's flagship giga-project, where he has helped shape the Kingdom's food and food technology ecosystem. Working at the intersection of government, industry, investors and entrepreneurs, he has led initiatives spanning ecosystem development, institutional capability, corporate strategy and commercial transformation.
Across both the public and private sectors, Woody has led transformation programmes ranging from Top Glove's Quantum Leap initiative and the turnaround of British luxury furniture house Linley UK, to organisational transformation within PEMANDU Associates itself. His recent work has also included active engagement with the regional venture capital ecosystem, providing further perspective on startup growth, innovation, commercialisation and investment.
